The Certus MarketCheck model offers an individualised market index, for Property, Business Interruption and Casualty premiums based on your programme structure, industry sector and historical losses.

Very little information is required, all of which should be to hand at renewal – gross assets, industry sector, programme structure (deductibles, limits and attachment points by layer), premiums by layer and historical losses (three year totals and individual major losses).In addition to the overall index, which is based on the entire MarketCheck database, we can also provide you with industry-specific indices where we have sufficient data for an entire industry.

And, as well as giving an index for the current year, over time, MarketCheck will be able to show you how your premiums compare with market averages and whether you are “beating” the market trends or not!
